Will Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan get their long-awaited reunion?

Fans of 90s pop music can breathe a sigh of relief - Pete Waterman's cancelled Hit Factory Live concert has been rescheduled.

Originally planned for July to mark 25 years of the record producer's label PWL, the show was called off at the eleventh hour due to poor weather conditions, but will now go ahead on 21 December as The Hit Factory Christmas Cracker.

"We were devastated when Hyde Park's Hit Factory Live had to be cancelled," Waterman told OfficialCharts.com. "The moment had passed, that was it. So I then decided that maybe we could do something indoors. My favourite time of year has always been Christmas."

Among those scheduled to perform are Jason Donovan, Steps, Rick Astley, Bananarama, Dead or Alive, Pepsi & Shirlie, Sinitta and 2 Unlimited. But the question on everybody's lips is whether the long-awaited reunion between Neighbours co-stars Donovan and Kylie Minogue will take place...
Prior to the summer concert's cancellation, Kylie tweeted a photo of herself with Donovan in rehearsals - but when asked about a possible duet between the two, Waterman was rather cryptic...

"Everybody's on the bill that would have been on the bill at Hyde Park. As ever, I can't give away too many secrets. The thing with all these things is, you have to wait and see."

Kylie said that if her schedule permits, she will attend the December gig, saying:
"They've revamped the show and I've said: 'If I'm available, I'll be there.' If it doesn't happen now, it'll be something to look forward to.
My schedule to the end of the year is making me cross-eyed - I'm all over the place."
